One of the most admired wireless headset options available on today’s market right now is Apple’s AirPods. Those tiny buds are quite pleasant to use for long periods and have excellent battery life and noise cancellation.

Having all these great advantages, the AirPods are also notorious for their small sizes. This makes them far too easy to misplace, and the cost of replacing lost AirPods can be steep. Find my iPhone is particularly useful in situations like these.

In most cases, utilizing the safe tracking software to find your Apple gadgets is excellent. However, unlike other gadgets, AirPods are not directly connected to your Apple ID.

Set Up Find My IPhone And Your Airpods

If you do not first pair your AirPods with a device that is connected to your iCloud account, the Find My iPhone functionality is unable to operate for your airpods you use. You will need to employ a different device to set up the AirPods because they are not connected to the iCloud. To do this, you may use your Mac, iPad, or iPhone.

Note: You can use your AirPods with the Windows and Android operating systems but Find My iPhone will not locate them unless they are also paired with an Apple device.
